Headlands school is an independent day and residential school that provides high quality education to young people aged between 7 and 19, with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties alongside other complex needs.
Headlands school is seeking to appoint excellent primary practitioners to join a highly successful and innovative team. There are many opportunities for outstanding professional development including DDP (Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy) and TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention), that support all staff with their practice developing the wider skills of vulnerable pupils.
Headlands school uses Nurture Group Principles in all its work. Headlands was rated excellent in 3 Inspection Areas including well-being by Estyn in 2019.
The successful candidates will join a hugely ambitious team that are focusing on developing and improving our creative curriculum and achieving the best outcomes for all our pupils. We will accept applicants with a primary or secondary PGCE, PCET and other relevant teaching qualifications.
