Our Governing body is made up of key figures within the local community. The Chair of Governors is Mr Charles Williams and we have representatives from the local Methodist Church, a Police Liaison Officer, parents and members of the local council. They play a vital role as a “critical friend” and carry out regular inspections focusing on key areas of development, for example, literacy opportunities throughout the whole school and residential provision. Their feedback is presented at the School’s Senior Management Team for discussion and action.
